Free Consultation
Consulting with me is an opportunity for you to discuss your needs and goals. During this session, we'll explore your vision, answer any questions you may have, and I will provide my best advice according to your specific situation. Whether you’re looking to improve your current online presence, or start a new project, my consultation will give you valuable insights and a clear path forward.
Design Agreement
After we have discussed and confirmed your vision and goals for the site, we will provide a detailed quote or estimate for the project. This quote will outline the scope of work, timeline, and associated costs, ensuring complete transparency and understanding. Once you review and agree to the terms, a signature from your company will be required to verify the agreement. This signature will officially initiate the project, allowing us to begin the start-up phase with a clear and mutual understanding of the objectives and expectations.
Start-Up
The start-up process varies for each website. It depends on whether we are working with an existing site or starting from scratch, hosting management, domain issues, and more. In some cases, this configuration may take time. I may ask for specific information, such as your domain host (GoDaddy, SquareSpace, etc.), or require administrative access to your website's back end. This information is necessary to begin the design and optimization of your site, and is 100% private. I do not share client info to any third parties.
Template Showcase
In this stage, I present a detailed template that lays out the structure and design of your website. Using placeholder images and text, I’ll demonstrate the overall look, feel, and functionality, giving you a clear vision of how your site will perform. This showcase highlights key elements like navigation, user experience, and potential design paths.
After the presentation, you have the option for one free revision, ensuring the template aligns with your vision before moving forward with content and development.
Final Design
Once the template is approved, I move forward with finalizing the design. This is where we replace placeholder content with your real images, text, and branding, refining every detail to ensure a polished, professional look. I fine-tune the layout, optimize functionality, and ensure the design aligns perfectly with your vision. This step brings the full website to life, making it ready for launch and user interaction.
Site Launch
With the design finalized and everything in place, it’s time to launch your site. I handle all the technical aspects of getting your website live, ensuring it’s fully optimized for performance, mobile responsiveness, and SEO. I’ll conduct thorough testing to make sure everything works smoothly, from navigation to user experience. Once launched, your website is ready to engage visitors, showcase your brand, and start delivering results.
Maintenance
After the site is live, the next stage is to maintain your site's data. This involves keeping all plugins updated, generating daily backups, and continually optimizing elements, photos, and other content on your site. Regular maintenance ensures your website remains secure, performs optimally, and provides the best user experience. By staying proactive with updates and backups, we can prevent potential issues and keep your site running smoothly.
